• Power Nova, our AI companion, with context about your life across all pillars
• Enable family sharing features — tasks, meal plans, events, and shopping lists

• Analyse usage patterns (in aggregate, anonymised form) to improve the product
• Send you product updates and announcements (you can opt out at any time)

💾 Data Storage

Yutile is designed with a local-first approach. The majority of your personal data — goals, habits, health logs, finances, and notes — is stored directly on your device.

Data that is synced to our servers (Firebase, operated by Google) includes:

• Your account credentials and profile
• Data you explicitly share with family members (shared tasks, events, shopping lists)
• Push notification tokens for reminders

Our servers are located in the United States and Canada. If you are located outside these regions, your data may be transferred to and processed in these countries.

🤝 Information Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. We may share your information only in the following circumstances:

• Family members you link — shared data (tasks, events, shopping lists) is visible to linked family members within Yutile
• Service providers — we use Google Firebase for authentication and data storage, and Claude (Anthropic) for AI features. These providers process data only as instructed by us and in accordance with our agreements with them
• Legal requirements — if required by law, court order, or governmental authority
• Business transfers — if Yutile is acquired or merges with another company, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction

🔒 Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information:

• All data transmitted between your device and our servers is encrypted using TLS
• Authentication is handled by Google Firebase Authentication
• Financial data (budgets, expenses) is stored locally on your device and never leaves it
