Yutile allows you to create, store, and share content including goals, habits, notes, family tasks, and other personal information ("Your Content").
You retain full ownership of Your Content. By using Yutile, you grant us a limited licence to store and process Your Content solely to provide the Service to you.
You agree not to upload or share content that:
Yutile enables you to link with family members and share certain data including tasks, shopping lists, meal plans, events, and calendar entries.
When you share data with family members:
Yutile is not responsible for disputes between family members arising from shared content or actions taken by linked accounts.
Yutile includes Nova, an AI-powered companion powered by large language models. By using Nova, you acknowledge:
Yutile may provide links to or integration with third-party services including grocery retailers, booking platforms, and other apps. These integrations are provided for your convenience.
You agree not to use Yutile to:
Yutile and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Service or included software without our express written permission.
You may delete your account and stop using Yutile at any time. See our Account Deletion page for instructions.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Yutile shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from:
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim (or CAD $50 if you have not paid us anything).
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Toronto, Ontario, Canada, except where prohibited by law.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by posting a notice in the app or sending an email to your registered address at least 14 days before the changes take effect.
Your continued use of Yutile after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
